Returns Policy

We want you to love your Topman items as much as we do. However we understand from time to time you may want to refund or exchange your items. We're happy to accept returns and exchanges as long as they meet the following conditions. Full price items need to be returned within 30 days and sale items need to be returned within 14 days. The items must be unused/unworn, and in the original packaging with any tags still on them. Shoes also need to be returned with the shoe box.

You can return items paid for with a credit/debit card or Afterpay to any Topman store (not including MYER or Topman Outlet stores) or with Australia Post. Items paid for through PayPal must be returned by post.

Please note that if you post your return back to our online store, you must cover the postage charges. Of course if the item is faulty or you received the wrong item we will cover these charges. Unfortunately at this time all items bought in-store, must be returned to a Topman store.

We aim for all of our items to be received in perfect condition, if you're unlucky enough to receive a faulty item we'll cover the postage cost and do what's needed to put things right. This may be an exchange or a full refund. You'll still need to provide proof of purchase and let us know within a reasonable amount of time for us to action your request.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on the following items due to our Health and Safety policies: lingerie, hosiery, headwear, swimwear, vintage, unsealed makeup and fragrances, pierced jewellery and food and beverage items. 

Non-merchandised items, such as gift cards and event tickets, are also not eligible for return.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, incorrectly sized or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations. This may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement item, provided that the item is returned with reasonable time and with proof of purchase.

Processing Returns

Returns are processed on a ‘first come’ ‘first served’ basis and your refund should be processed within 7 business days, please note that this does not include your bank’s processing times. Once our online team has processed your refund, it will be returned to your nominated bank account within 3-5 business days. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.

All refunds will be made using your original payment method only.

Topman, at its discretion reserves the right to not offer exchange or refund for change of mind. An exchange or refund will only be provided should the merchandise be: in a saleable condition, unworn and unused with original packaging and tags attached.
